Their lunch combo is quite good, if you like spicy. Takeout from the full menu is fantastic. Everything we have tried has been good. Fish manchurian, lamb curries, haryali kofta, desi Chinese fried rice.

Excellent food and service! one of the best in Saint Louis! Like visiting this place always!

They have the perfect level of spice in their food. I like the way it makes my hair stand up from the roots, but in a really good way. Everything here is excellent. We've dined in several times and tried several things. I think my favorite is the ginger chicken or chile chicken, also the Vindaloo. Lots of gluten-free options. You order at the counter and then they bring you the food, but you do have to go to the station to get your water and utensils and napkins and then bus your table when you're done so it's sort of self service. I could eat here every day. Nice people too.

We usually ordered takeout here when I was in the mood for fish. I loved their Fish Manchurian and Apollo Fish. Today we got the Apollo Fish and Butter Chicken with Garlic naan for lunch. Everything was delicious , except the rice was missing.

This place was hopping on a Saturday night during a snowstorm! They had tons of pickup orders and a gull restaurant. The menu is extensive and has a lot of option. Bhindi Masala is one of my favorites you can't get everywhere. They have a small indo-chinese menu and it's all veg friendly. There's also a nice selection of Indian beers. On a snowy night I ordered sweet corn soup which was delicious. It was warm and oniony. The Gobi 65 was excellent and spicy! I do find their food to be on the spicy side. The service was friendly and quick. It's a small clean friendly place! The only thing I personally did not care for was the self serve plates in the dining room. I'm a little germaphobic from covid and for some reason that freaked me out. But you can also just eat directly from the serving dishes if you want.

I went here during the lunch hour, and it was busy, but not too crowded. Many people were there for the lunch special, which is about 8 to 9 dollars and includes 2 entrees, rice and naan. I wanted to try an entrée that wasn't a part of the lunch special so I ordered that separate. My food was so delicious, I'm so happy I found this place. I think the location of the place makes it hard for people to know that it's there, but I definitely go back.everyone was very nice and there is seating on the inside and outside. There is music, but not too loud, so I consider this to be a nice casual lunch spot or a casual dinner. I do feel like it was kind of pricey, but I'd take advantage of the lunch special to avoid that burden.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in St Louis. It is located in Creve Coeur (in the strip mall across from Barnes Jewish West County), with plenty of parking. Lunch combos are a steal- chicken combos are under $10 after tax. You get to pick 2 entrees and served with large heap of rice and naan. There are also lamb and seafood options with extra fee. I usually get the chicken 65 and chicken tikka masala. Food is well seasoned (can be a bit salty for some) and with a spicy kick. Portions are huge, with leftovers for 2nd meal. Ambience is casual and can be bit crowded during weekday lunch hours but I never had any trouble finding a seat.

Great lunch or dinner spot! I'm super picky when it comes to Indian food because I grew up eating the authentic version. A plus of Ani's is that they have a unique selection of Hyderabadi street food / appetizers. The appetizers I've tried here taste super authentic. The Apollo Fish is one of my favorite dishes here. It's got incredible flavors and the fish practically melts in your mouth, so you can't go wrong. The chicken curries I ordered were also great when paired with delicious garlic naan. To finish up, their mango lassi hit the spot and was a great way to end the meal.

I've tried Indian food all across the US, and I have to say that Ani's is my favorite. The food is AMAZING, the service is fast, and the interior is homely and spacious. I've tried their chicken and lamb tikka masala, and both are juicy, savory, and bursting with flavor. Even better are their chicken and baby corn 65 starters. If you haven't tried them, they're a delicious blend of spice, scallions, and just the right amount of acidity and tartness. Upon reading some of the negative reviews, I do concede that their portions are on the smaller side. This hasn't been an issue for me as I typically get a starter as well. However, at their price point I think it would be reasonable to throw in naan or increase the amount of meat/veg in the entrees. Every time my friends and I eat here, we are already planning our next trip back. If you enjoy Indian cuisine, you definitely won't be disappointed.
